How To Sell Free Information

"How I Made $12,176.95 Last Month Selling FREE Information...
and How You Can Do It Too!"
No... my title is not a mistake. It really does say that I made money selling "free" information.
Actually, I've been doing it for a long time and the $12,176.95 that I refer to is only one of my products. I have several more. I tell you because I sell more than one piece of free information.
You may be asking, "But Ryan, how do you sell something that is free and who would pay for it"?
Great question!
Allow me to retort...
With the internet nowadays, you can find almost anything if you search for it long enough. You can also walk down to your public library and get as much information as you could possibly ever need and do it for free. Whether you want to learn how to buy real estate, learn computer programming, learn Spanish, or discover how to give a seminar... you can get it all for free.
However, there are people (including me) that sell this type of information every day over the internet. People pay me every single day for things that they could get for free and they are happy to do it.
Why would they buy it?
Because it saves people time. It offers instant gratification. It fills a need and provides a value. It offers pride of ownership. It fills their personal library. These are only a few reasons for someone to buy information that they could otherwise receive free.
I've been making money online since 2002. Many of those years I've made a nice income selling free information.
There is also information that you can sell that isn't necessarily free. For example, you may have personal knowledge that you've acquired through experience, or a precise formula for making something more successful that you've developed over time.
This information is unique because it's yours. Yes, much of the groundwork may be something that people can read about, but your unique experiences and specialized knowledge make this information special. When you have a unique or specialized knowledge of how something works, or a twist on an old idea... then this information can be very valuable if it fills a need.
If you want to start a business selling information, then start with your own knowledge. Everybody is good at something. Everybody knows things that others aren't familiar with.
What is your passion? What is your hobby?
Take this knowledge and organize it into a product or service that helps people solve a problem and you will have a making of your own business.
